How our repair text messages work, and how to stop them at any time.
Program and operator

What texts we send
If you agree, we send customer care text messages about a repair you dropped off with us: confirmation that we received your device, status updates (for example, when we're waiting on a part), and a notice when your device is ready for pickup. You can also text us questions about your repair. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you agree to receive texts
You agree in person at one of our Texas stores when you drop off your device. Our employee reads you an opt-in statement. If you agree, your choice and the date are recorded on your repair ticket, and your receipt shows that you agreed to repair status texts. If you decline, you won't receive texts. Agreeing to texts is not required to get a repair or make a purchase.
Opting out and getting help
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or INFO, or contact us at the phone number or email above.
Costs and frequency
Message frequency varies based on your repair. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
